Hello!
I just wanted to let everyone know I made it back to Kochi without any problems. The process went very smoothly. I got a good night's sleep in my own bed (well, futon) last night and am feeling alright. This afternoon I went grocery shopping, so I even have some food in my fridge now! I've unpacked my bags, and everything here looks to be in pretty good shape, except for my Christmas cactus. It apparently did not like two weeks without air conditioning and water, and seems to be about half dead. I've given it plenty of water now, though, so I guess we'll see if it survives.
A big thanks to everyone I got to see while I was home! It was great to spend some time with family and friends, and I'm really looking forward to coming home to stay. I was very lucky to find so many people in town at the same time as me.
